Overview
The OS Giken SP Single Steel SuperSingle Clutch Overhaul Kit A is a service kit designed to refresh an existing OS Giken 204 mm dampened single-plate SuperSingle clutch used with Toyota AE86 4A-GE applications.
The kit replaces the primary wear components inside the clutch assembly, including the clutch friction disc and pressure plate, allowing the existing OS Giken flywheel and clutch cover to remain in service when they are still within usable condition.
This is not a complete clutch kit and is specifically intended for rebuilding the corresponding OS Giken SP Single Steel SuperSingle assembly.

Overhaul Kit A Service Design
Overhaul Kit A focuses on the components subjected to normal clutch friction wear. Replacing the clutch disc and pressure plate allows the existing OS Giken SuperSingle assembly to be serviced without purchasing another complete flywheel-and-clutch package.
The clutch cover is not included with Overhaul Kit A. If the existing cover is damaged or also requires replacement, OS Giken's Overhaul Kit B is the appropriate rebuild configuration.
