Return & Refund Policy

Preserve Rad accepts approved returns within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returns Within 30 Days

Approved returns requested within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, less a 10% restocking fee.

Returns From 31 to 90 Days

Approved returns requested from 31 through 90 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only, less a 10% restocking fee.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return must be approved by Preserve Rad before it is shipped back.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
• The customer must provide clear photos of the item with the return request so its condition can be reviewed.
• The return shipment must include a valid tracking number.

Return Shipping & Original Shipping Charges

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Oversized or heavy items may be denied return eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Return Inspection & Processing

All returned items are inspected after delivery to Preserve Rad.

Approved refunds and store credits are typically processed within 1–3 business days after inspection.

For returns made within the first 30 days, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Returns made from 31 through 90 days are issued as store credit.

The applicable 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund or store credit.

Returns After 90 Days

Returns are not accepted more than 90 days after delivery.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, contact support@preserverad.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the item.

Do not ship a return until it has been approved.
