- Vehicle year, make, and model
- Engine
- 2WD or 4WD
- Transmission
- Trim, cab, or body style when applicable
- Vehicle production date when the application has a mid-year split
- The Preserve Rad product link or part number
- Clear photos of the existing part, label, connector, brake assembly, or mounting area when relevant
- Any known engine, axle, suspension, brake, transmission, or drivetrain swaps or modifications
