Overview
The 3D-Printed OEM-Style AE86 Molded Door Panel Door Cups are direct-fit replacements for the interior door pull cups used with early-style molded door panels in the 1983–1987 Toyota Corolla AE86.
Original door cups commonly become brittle, cracked, faded, or damaged after decades of repeated use. These reproductions retain the factory-style profile and appearance while using high-strength ABS plastic with reinforced construction at common original failure points.
Each order includes a matching pair of door cups for both front doors — one left-side cup and one right-side cup. Sets are available in Gray, Black, Cream, or Red.

Reinforced OEM-Style Construction
The reproduction maintains the original door cup profile while strengthening several areas that commonly crack or break with age.
The lower ridge has been extended and thickened, the sidewalls use increased material thickness, and the upper lip is produced as a solid structure rather than a hollow design. These changes improve rigidity and durability without changing the intended fit or installed appearance.
Adaptive 3D-printing techniques are used to reduce visible layer lines, particularly along the exposed upper edge.
