Overview
The Trail-Gear Knuckle Rebuild Kit provides the bearings, seals, gaskets, felts, washers, and shims needed to service both steering knuckles on Toyota Pickup and 4Runner solid front axle applications.
Factory solid front axle fitment includes 1979–1985 Toyota Pickup 4WD models and 1984–1985 Toyota 4Runner 4WD models. Later Pickup and 4Runner applications require a properly configured solid front axle conversion because those vehicles were originally equipped with independent front suspension.
The kit includes inner axle seals, trunnion bearings, and Trail-Gear outer felt covers. Two configurations are available, allowing you to choose the standard knuckle rebuild kit or add wheel bearings for a more comprehensive front axle service.
