Overview

The RCV Ultimate 30-Spline Front CV Axle Set is a heavy-duty front axle upgrade for early Toyota 4WD solid-axle applications. The factory Toyota design uses 30 splines at the differential but reduces to 27 splines at the CV joint. RCV replaces that reduced section with a 30-spline CV interface and 300M CV race, eliminating the factory-style neck-down at a common high-load area.

Choose the Standard configuration for a stock-width Toyota housing, the +3" Aftermarket Housing configuration for housings that extend the short-side axle by 3 inches, or 300M Inner Shafts for stock-width fitment with upgraded 300M inner shafts.

• +3" Aftermarket Housing: only for housings that extend the short-side axle by 3 inches, including properly configured Diamond and Trail-Gear Rock Assault housings.
• 300M Inner Shafts: stock-width fitment with upgraded 300M inner axle shafts.
• Verify front axle housing dimensions before ordering if the vehicle has an axle swap, custom housing, or other axle modifications.
• If converting from locking hubs to drive flanges, use a drive-flange setup matched to the RCV axle system.
