Return Policy
We accept returns within the following conditions:

Within 30 days: Full refund (minus up to a 10% restocking fee, at our discretion).

Within 90 days: Eligible for store credit only, provided the item is new, unused, and in original packaging.

Returns must be approved and include a valid tracking number.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Oversized or heavy items may be denied return eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Order Inspection

Warranty Policy
All products sold by Preserve Rad are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship prior to installation.
This warranty becomes void if:

The product has been used in competition or motorsport applications (e.g., drifting, racing, or off-roading).
Warranty coverage is limited, at our discretion, to replacement, repair, or credit for the defective item.
