Preserve Rad is located in Round Rock, Texas, USA.
We proudly ship both domestically and internationally.

Please note that international prices do not include customs duties or import taxes. 


Shipping Rates & Adjustments

While we strive to provide accurate shipping quotes at checkout, certain situations—such as international, Hawaii, oversized, or heavy shipments—may require additional shipping charges.
If this applies to your order, we will contact you via the email associated with your purchase before shipment.


Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and do not include processing time.
Only express services offer guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping time begins once the carrier has picked up the package.


Order Processing

  • In-stock orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Made to order items are processed within 5 business days.

  • For same-day or next-day processing, please contact us directly prior to ordering.

  • We ship Monday through Saturday.

Express Services include:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express

Combined Shipping

We gladly combine shipping.
Applicable discounts are automatically applied when multiple items are added to the same cart.


International Orders

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in your purchase total.
Customers are responsible for all additional import fees required by their country.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict or estimate customs costs, as they vary by region.


Product Stock Status

We use automated scripts to update product availability in real-time.
If you use an ad blocker, please whitelist our site to ensure accurate stock visibility.

Status Indicators:

  • ADD TO CART – Item is in stock. For urgent orders, contact us to confirm real-time availability.

  • OUT OF STOCK – Item is out of stock temporarily. 

Return Policy

We accept returns within the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund (minus up to a 10% restocking fee, at our discretion).

  • Within 90 days: Eligible for store credit only, provided the item is new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be approved and include a valid tracking number.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Oversized or heavy items may be denied return eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

All returned products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.


Order Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect your order for missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Report any issues to us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.

Returned goods will be inspected to verify condition and quantity.
If an item is not deemed defective or returnable, all associated costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


PayPal & ShopPay Orders

  • Orders placed via PayPal or ShopPay are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Address changes for these orders require full cancellation and reorder.


Warranty Policy

All products sold by Preserve Rad are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship prior to installation.

This warranty becomes void if:

  • The product has been modified or improperly installed.

  • The product has been used in competition or motorsport applications (e.g., drifting, racing, or off-roading).

Warranty coverage is limited, at our discretion, to replacement, repair, or credit for the defective item.

We do not cover:

  • Labor costs

  • Installation fees

  • Secondary damage or consequential loss
