Overview
The Prothane Polyurethane Front Sway Bar & End Link Bushing Kit replaces worn factory rubber sway bar mounting and end-link bushings on 1990–1995 2nd Gen Toyota 4Runner 2WD and 4WD models equipped with a 24mm front sway bar.
The polyurethane bushings provide a firmer connection between the sway bar, chassis, and end links, helping reduce unwanted sway bar movement and maintain more consistent front suspension response. Polyurethane also offers increased resistance to deterioration from age, road grime, weather, and automotive fluids compared with conventional rubber bushings.
Fitment is determined by the actual sway bar diameter, so measure the installed front sway bar before ordering. This kit is designed specifically for a 24mm front bar.

Choosing the Correct Sway Bar Size
This kit is specifically sized for a 24mm front sway bar. Correct sway bar diameter is important because the frame bushings must closely match the bar to properly support it without excessive clearance or binding.
Measure the sway bar itself before ordering, especially if suspension components have been replaced or modified during the vehicle's service life. Digital calipers provide the most accurate measurement.
