HPS Silicone Radiator Hose Kit

For 1985–1995 Toyota 4Runner and 1984–1995 Toyota Pickup with naturally aspirated 22RE, without rear heater.

Overview

HPS silicone radiator hoses replace the molded radiator and bypass coolant hoses on 1985–1995 Toyota 4Runner and 1984–1995 Toyota Pickup with a naturally aspirated 22RE engine and no rear heater. The hoses use 3-ply reinforced silicone and vehicle-specific bends for the coolant-hose routing.

The set covers the upper radiator hose, lower radiator hose, middle radiator hose between the metal return pipe and engine, and small intake-manifold coolant bypass hose. Stainless steel clamps are included.

  • 1989–1995: Naturally aspirated 22RE (fuel injected), without rear heater.

Requires a naturally aspirated 22RE engine and no rear heater.

Fitment Notes

  • 22RE fuel-injected, naturally aspirated configuration only. Not for carbureted 22R, turbocharged 22R-TE, or 3VZ-E engines.
  • Without rear heater only. This is not a complete heater-hose replacement set.
  • Silicone coolant hose has a higher water-permeation rate than standard EPDM rubber hose.
