Overview
The AE86 Headlight Retractor Relay is a modern electronic replacement for the aging factory relay circuitry responsible for controlling the pop-up headlights on the Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86.
A failing original relay can cause intermittent operation, headlights that fail to raise or retract, or inconsistent headlight motor control. This replacement circuit board restores the factory-style retractor control logic using all-new electronic components while retaining the original wiring and headlight system operation.

Electrical Design
The replacement circuit board performs the control functions required to operate the factory pop-up headlight motors while preserving the original system behavior.
Rather than replacing the complete factory enclosure, the new electronics install inside the existing relay case. This keeps the original mounting arrangement and vehicle wiring intact while replacing the aging internal circuitry.
