Overview
The Koyorad Hyper V-Core 36mm Aluminum Performance Radiator is a swap-specific cooling solution for Toyota Corolla Levin and Sprinter Trueno AE86 models equipped with a 2.0L 3S-GE BEAMS engine swap.
Unlike a standard AE86 radiator, this model uses revised inlet and outlet locations specifically designed around the cooling layout of the BEAMS engine. Its slim 36mm two-row Hyper V-Core provides increased coolant capacity and heat-transfer surface area while conserving valuable engine-bay space in tightly packaged engine-swap applications.
The radiator is particularly well suited to street, drift, track, canyon, and other performance-oriented AE86 builds where both cooling capacity and engine-bay clearance are important.

36mm Hyper V-Core Design
The Hyper V-Core uses a specially developed high-density tube and fin arrangement to increase cooling surface area while maintaining efficient airflow through the radiator.
At 36 mm thick, the two-row core provides increased coolant volume without the additional engine-bay depth of a larger performance radiator. This is particularly valuable in a BEAMS-swapped AE86, where engine placement, intake components, cooling hoses, and other swap hardware reduce available space in front of the engine.
The compact core makes this radiator well suited to high-RPM street driving, drifting, circuit use, and other applications that generate sustained cooling-system demand.
BEAMS Swap-Specific Design
The radiator is configured specifically around the cooling requirements and packaging of a 3S-GE BEAMS-swapped AE86.
