The Koyo HH Series 48mm Aluminum Performance Radiator is a direct-fit cooling upgrade for 4A-GE-powered Toyota AE86 applications with a manual transmission. Its high-density 48mm HH Series core increases cooling capacity while retaining vehicle-specific mounting and factory-style integration.

All-aluminum construction, Nocolok brazing, precision tube-and-fin alignment, and hand-finished aluminum welds provide a durable performance radiator for street, drift, track, and restored AE86 builds.

Alternative AE86 Radiator for 4A-C & Dual-Fan Setups

This Koyo radiator is intended for 4A-GE manual-transmission AE86 applications. The AE86 Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Radiator is a separate radiator alternative for supported AE86 applications that include the 4A-C, and it is also available with a matched dual-electric-fan shroud package. It is not required with the Koyo radiator; it is an alternative cooling configuration with different fitment and included hardware.
