Overview

This WIX kit combines a replacement internal transmission strainer with the pan and inlet gaskets for the 1990–1991 Toyota 4Runner's 2WD 22R-E automatic.

Its five-point strainer mount and 14-hole pan gasket match this transmission's service interface. It is a filter-and-gasket kit, rather than an all-consumables transmission service package.

Fitment Notes

• Does not fit 4WD, V6 or manual-transmission applications. The four-cylinder 2WD application ends with the 1991 model year.
• Factory U.S.-market configurations only. A transmission conversion requires separate verification of the installed strainer and inlet interface; a shared pan-bolt pattern alone does not establish compatibility.
