Overview

The Trail-Gear Dual Transfer Case Crossmember is a heavy-duty crossmember and skid-style drivetrain support for Toyota Pickup and 4Runner dual-transfer-case conversions. It replaces the standard transfer-case crossmember with a low, smooth-bottom structure that supports the dual-case drivetrain while adding protection beneath the transfer cases.

The crossmember is precision laser cut from 3/8-inch plate steel and uses slotted mounting holes to simplify alignment during installation. Tapered mounting hardware creates a smoother underside to reduce exposed hardware beneath the vehicle.

Construction & Dual-Case Protection
