Overview

The Prothane Polyurethane Rear Leaf Spring Eye & Shackle Bushing Kit replaces worn factory rubber rear leaf spring and shackle bushings on 1979–1983 1st Gen Toyota Pickup models. The same kit fits both 2WD and 4WD trucks and services the rear leaf spring mounting points on both sides of the vehicle.

The polyurethane construction provides a firmer mounting interface than aging factory rubber, helping reduce excessive leaf spring and shackle deflection while maintaining more consistent rear suspension movement. Polyurethane also offers increased resistance to deterioration from age, road grime, moisture, and automotive fluids.

The kit includes 12 polyurethane hat-style bushings and installation grease. Black and red versions provide the same intended fit and performance.
