Overview
The 3D-Printed OEM-Style Passenger / Corner A/C Vent is a direct replacement for the passenger-side dash vent used in 1984–1989 1st Gen Toyota 4Runners and 1984–1988 2nd Gen Toyota Pickups.
Original vents commonly become brittle, crack, or develop loose internal vanes that no longer hold their position. This reproduction vent is manufactured from ABS plastic with reinforced internal structure and redesigned vanes for improved durability and controlled airflow adjustment while preserving the factory appearance.
Toyota used two different dash and vent configurations during these years. Vent selection must be based on the installed dash pocket style rather than the vehicle's model year alone.

Early vs. Late Dash Vent Styles
Toyota used two passenger-side vent designs. The correct version is determined by the dash pocket configuration.
Early Model – Long Pocket Dash
- Commonly found on 1984–1986-style dashboards
- Uses the long passenger-side pocket
- Pocket extends continuously from the center vent area toward the passenger-side vent
Late Model – Short Pocket Dash
- Commonly found on 1987–1989-style dashboards
- Uses the short pocket
- Small pocket is positioned above the center vents
If the dashboard has been replaced or swapped, choose the vent based on the dash pocket style rather than the vehicle's model year.
