The OS Giken OS-250R V2 80W-250 LSD Gear Oil is a full-synthetic differential lubricant formulated for OS Giken mechanical limited slip differentials. The V2 formula uses a PAO and Polyol Ester synthetic base with an extreme-pressure additive package and integrated friction modifiers to support smooth, progressive LSD engagement under street and competition use.

OS-250R V2 supersedes the original OS-250R formula and improves oil flow through the clutch pack while maintaining the high-load protection required by OS Giken Super Lock LSDs. The fluid carries an SAE 80W-250 viscosity rating and exceeds API GL-5 performance requirements.

OS-250R V2 Update

OS-250R V2 replaces the original OS-250R formula. The updated fluid improves flow through the clutch pack while retaining the friction behavior and extreme-pressure protection required for OS Giken mechanical LSD operation. Remaining original OS-250R does not need to be completely purged before switching to V2.
