Overview

The FUJITSUBO Legalis R Cat-Back Exhaust System offers three exhaust configurations for the Toyota AE86, covering JDM Trueno and Levin plus U.S.-market GT-S and SR5 applications. SR5 4A-C fitment requires a GT-S-style catalytic converter or GT-S-length test pipe because the factory SR5 upstream section is shorter than the GT-S-style section.

All three systems use a 50.8 mm main pipe while offering different outlet designs and sound levels. The S-Tail uses a single 70 mm slash-cut outlet. The standard W-Tail uses dual 60.5 mm outlets and provides the most restrained sound profile of the three. The W-Tail Powerful Sound retains the dual-tip design while substantially increasing exhaust volume and presence.

This gives AE86 owners a choice between a traditional single-exit appearance, the classic FUJITSUBO twin-tip design, or a considerably more aggressive exhaust note.

The published sound measurements are based on a 4A-GE AE86 reference configuration. Exhaust volume and tone can vary with the engine, header, catalytic-converter configuration, upstream exhaust components, engine condition, and other modifications. 4A-C SR5 models should not be expected to reproduce the 4A-GE sound measurements exactly.
