Overview
The Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex Complete Suspension Bushing Kit provides a comprehensive suspension refresh for 1990–1995 2nd Gen Toyota 4Runner 4WD models. The kit replaces major factory rubber suspension bushings with firmer polyurethane components designed to reduce unwanted suspension deflection and provide more consistent steering and chassis response.
The package covers the front and rear control arms, rear track arm, front and rear sway bars, sway bar end links, and tie-rod end boots. The included sway bar bushings are specifically sized for the factory 24mm front and 18mm rear sway bars.
Available in black or red Hyper-Flex polyurethane, both colors use the same application-specific durometer and provide the same intended suspension performance. Selected black Energy Suspension components may incorporate graphite for additional lubrication properties.

Hyper-Flex Polyurethane Suspension Design
Factory rubber suspension bushings can soften, crack, and deform as they age, allowing additional movement at suspension mounting points. Hyper-Flex polyurethane provides a firmer connection designed to maintain more consistent suspension geometry during acceleration, braking, cornering, and off-road driving.
The increased firmness can also transmit slightly more noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) than factory rubber. Proper lubrication is important during installation, and the supplied Formula 5 lubricant should be applied to the specified polyurethane bushing contact surfaces.
