Overview

The DFC OE Replacement True Balanced OE Rear Brake Drum is a direct-fit replacement for the rear drum brake system used on the supported Toyota 4Runner applications below. Two drum constructions are available: Standard and Heavy Duty.

Both versions use the same mounting geometry and may be installed as a matched pair. The Heavy-Duty version uses additional material for greater thermal mass, while the Standard version offers lower rotating and unsprung weight.

The Heavy-Duty drum adds thermal mass for vehicles that regularly experience heavier braking loads, towing within vehicle limits, mountain driving, or demanding off-road use.
