Overview
The CUSCO Reinforced Rubber Transmission Mount is a vehicle-specific drivetrain upgrade for Toyota AE86 models equipped with the T50 manual transmission. It replaces the original transmission mount with a reinforced-rubber design that provides firmer support for the transmission while retaining rubber isolation.
Reducing excess transmission movement helps keep the drivetrain more stable during acceleration, deceleration, and gear changes. The firmer mounting arrangement can provide a more direct connection between the transmission and chassis, making it well suited to restored, modified, and performance-oriented AE86 builds.
Fitment is determined by the transmission configuration. This mount is designed for AE86 applications using the Toyota T50 manual transmission, including manual-transmission North American SR5 and GT-S models.
