Overview
The CUSCO Formula Link Jr. Adjustable Rear Lower Control Arm Set replaces the factory lower links in the Toyota AE86 rear 4-link suspension with adjustable steel arms. The +7 mm to -5 mm adjustment range allows rear lower-link length to be fine-tuned for modified suspension setups and performance-oriented AE86 builds.
Each arm uses CUSCO's hybrid Formula Link Jr. configuration, combining a metal rod-end pillowball at one end with a hard-rubber bushing at the opposite end. This provides a more direct suspension connection at the pillowball side while retaining a rubber-bushed mounting point at the other end.
The set installs as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory rear lower control arms and includes both left- and right-side links.

Formula Link Jr. Hybrid Joint Design
Formula Link Jr. combines two different joint styles within each control arm. The metal rod-end pillowball reduces movement at one mounting point, while the hard-rubber bushing at the opposite end retains a rubber-isolated connection.
This configuration provides an intermediate option between CUSCO's fixed rubber-bushed rear links and full Formula Link arms that use metal rod-end pillowballs at both ends.
