Overview

The CUSCO D1 6-Point Chromoly Roll Cage is a vehicle-specific bolt-in chassis reinforcement system for the Toyota Corolla AE86. Separate configurations cover left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive cars with either sunroof or non-sunroof roof structures.

The D1 cage uses 40 mm OD x 1.6 mm wall chromoly tubing with a CUSCO Blue Metallic finish. The chromoly construction is approximately 33% lighter than comparable steel roll-cage construction while retaining a high-rigidity cage layout.

This 6-point design uses an around-dashboard / dash-escape front layout with curved rear side bars designed around retaining the rear passenger seating area. Select the configuration that matches both steering orientation and roof type.
