Overview
The CUSCO 30mm Front Roll Center Adjuster Set is a suspension geometry correction upgrade for lowered Toyota AE86 models. The adjusters reposition the relationship between the front strut assembly and steering knuckle arm to help restore more favorable front suspension geometry after ride height has been reduced.
Lowering an AE86 changes the operating angles of the front lower control arms and steering linkage, which can lower the vehicle's roll center and contribute to unwanted geometry changes through suspension travel. These 30 mm roll center adjusters help compensate for that change, supporting more predictable steering response, stability, and front suspension behavior.
The steel adjusters use a bolt-on installation and are designed specifically for the AE86 front suspension layout, making them a focused geometry upgrade for lowered street-performance, autocross, drift, and competition-oriented builds.

Suspension Geometry Correction
Lowering an AE86 improves its stance and lowers the center of gravity, but it also changes the angles of the front suspension components. As the lower control arms move away from their intended operating angle, the front roll center can move downward and the steering linkage can operate at less favorable angles.
The CUSCO adjusters add 30 mm of spacing at the lower front strut / steering-knuckle-arm connection, repositioning the lower suspension and steering attachment points relative to the chassis. This helps bring the geometry of a lowered AE86 closer to a more effective operating position without changing the vehicle's established ride height.
