Overview
The CSF 3-Row All-Metal Radiator is a high-capacity copper/brass cooling system replacement for 1984ā1988 2nd Gen Toyota Pickup 2WD models. Vehicle-specific configurations are available for the 2.4L 22R / 22RE and the 1988 3.0L 3VZ-E V6.
Both configurations use a three-row copper core with brass tanks in a traditional downflow design. The all-metal construction provides a durable, serviceable alternative to plastic-tank radiators and is well suited to restoration, daily driving, hot-weather operation, and trucks that need additional cooling capacity.
An integrated transmission cooler supports automatic transmission models, while manual-transmission trucks install without using the cooler connections.

Material & Construction
Both radiator configurations use copper-and-brass construction with a three-row core measuring approximately 1 11/16 inches thick.
The upper radiator inlet is positioned on the right and the lower outlet on the left, with both using 1 3/8-inch hose connections. Core height, width, and transmission-cooler dimensions vary between the 4-cylinder and V6 configurations to match their respective cooling-system layouts.

- Automatic models utilize the integrated transmission cooler
- Manual-transmission models leave the transmission-cooler connections unused
- Some early trucks may use different factory fan-shroud hardware; 10 mm shroud bolts may be required
- Trucks with non-original radiator or fan-shroud assemblies should be compared against the dimensions below before ordering
- Radiator cap is not included
- Requires a compatible mini-style 13 psi radiator cap
