Overview

The Buddy Club Racing Spec Seat Rail is a vehicle-specific low-position mounting system for aftermarket seats in the Toyota Corolla AE86. Its integrated rail-and-slider design keeps the seat mounting stack compact while retaining fore/aft adjustment for street and track use.

Left and Right refer to the physical side of the vehicle, so the rails can be selected correctly for both left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive AE86 applications. A Complete Set includes one Left rail and one Right rail. The rail also incorporates a seat-belt buckle mounting tab for retaining the factory buckle where compatible.

Seat Compatibility & Mounting

The Racing Spec rail is primarily designed for aftermarket side-mount racing bucket seats. Seat shell width and side-mount hole spacing must be compatible with the rail.

Bottom-mount reclining or sport seats require a compatible bottom-mount adapter solution. For U.S.-market left-hand-drive GT-S and SR5 applications using a bottom-mount seat, Preserve Rad also carries the Sparco 600 Series Complete Bottom-Mount Seat Mounting Kit as an alternative mounting system.
