Overview
The ARB Deluxe Front Winch Bumper is a full replacement front bumper system for 1984–1995 Toyota 4Runner and Pickup 4WD models. Rather than mounting over the factory bumper as a brush guard, the ARB Deluxe replaces the original bumper and integrates with the vehicle's chassis through a vehicle-specific mounting system.
Built for off-road travel, overlanding, and recovery setups, the bumper combines heavy-duty steel construction with winch compatibility, Hi-Lift jacking points, tow points, auxiliary driving-light provisions, and underbody protection.

Full Replacement Bumper Design
The ARB Deluxe is an integrated bumper system rather than an add-on grille or brush guard. Its vehicle-specific mounting structure attaches the bumper directly to the chassis while providing a rigid foundation for compatible winch equipment and front-end protection.
The multi-fold wing design angles upward toward the outer corners to improve clearance around obstacles, while the split-pan construction maintains airflow through the front of the vehicle. Integrated underbody panels provide additional protection beneath the front bumper area.
Durable urethane buffers are incorporated into the bumper for additional impact protection while maintaining the recognizable ARB Deluxe appearance.
Winch & Accessory Capability
The bumper accepts most low-mount electric winches rated up to 10,000 lb, allowing recovery equipment to be incorporated directly into the front bumper system.
Twin Hi-Lift jacking points provide dedicated locations for compatible jack use, while integrated tow points add functionality for towing and recovery situations.
Provisions are also incorporated for auxiliary driving lights. Fog lights are not included, and the bumper is not designed for OEM or ARB fog-light integration.
