Overview

This A-Pillar Interior Trim Panel Set replaces cracked, brittle, damaged, or missing factory A-pillar trim on 1st Gen Toyota 4Runners and 2nd Gen Toyota Pickups. Each set includes the left- and right-side panels for a complete front pillar-trim replacement.

The panels reproduce the factory-style A-pillar shape and are supplied ready for primer and paint so they can be finished to match the surrounding Toyota interior.

Fitment Notes

• Replaces both factory interior A-pillar trim panels.

• A complete installation uses four retaining clips and two clamps across both sides.
• Retaining clips and clamps are not included.
• A thin trim-removal tool is recommended when removing the original panels so the mounting tabs and clips can be released without unnecessary damage.
• Panels are supplied ready for primer and paint.

Completing a 4Runner Pillar-Trim Restoration

On 1984–1989 4Runners, the A-pillar panels are only one part of the visible pillar trim inside the cabin. If the rear pillar trim is also cracked, faded, or missing, the B-Pillar Interior Trim Panel is available separately for the 1st Gen 4Runner. That panel is a separate 4Runner-only restoration part and is not required to install this A-pillar set.
