Overview
The OEM-Style A-Pillar Trim Panel Set replaces cracked, brittle, or missing factory A-pillar interior trim in 1st Gen Toyota 4Runners and 2nd Gen Toyota Pickups. Each set includes both the driver- and passenger-side panels for a complete interior replacement.
Original Toyota trim panels become increasingly fragile as the factory plastic ages. These replacements reproduce the original panel geometry and mounting locations while using industrial SLS 3D printing and glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide for improved strength, heat resistance, and long-term durability.
The panels are supplied in a raw finish and are intended to be painted to match the vehicle's original interior color.

Material & Construction
Selective Laser Sintering produces strong, dimensionally consistent components without the pronounced layer structure associated with conventional consumer-grade filament printing.
The glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide construction provides the rigidity needed to maintain the original A-pillar shape while retaining enough resilience to better tolerate installation and normal interior use. This makes the panels well suited for restorations, daily drivers, and interiors where the original trim has become too brittle to reuse.
