The Total Chaos +3.25 Inch Gen II Caddy Long Travel Kit with Boxed Lower Control Arms and King 2.5 Coilovers is engineered to substantially increase wheel travel, suspension strength, and overall off road performance for Toyota 4WD platforms. By extending suspension geometry and converting to a coil over configuration, this system improves articulation, steering control, and stability in challenging environments.

The kit widens the vehicle stance by 3.25 inches per side and supports up to 12 inches of front wheel travel with 4WD when properly configured.

Increased Track Width and Wheel Travel

Coil Over Conversion System

• Designed for 8 inch 2.5 coil over shocks

• Weld on installation for coil over conversion

• Dual shock capability for additional damping control

Secondary shock tabs allow installation of a compatible external bypass shock for enhanced tuning flexibility.

Heavy Duty Chromoly Construction

Both upper and lower control arms are manufactured from high strength chromoly and designed for durability under extreme conditions.

Uniball and Bushing Upgrades

Upper ball joints are upgraded to 1 inch uniballs to increase strength and allow additional articulation.

TOTAL CHAOS 1 inch I.D. uniballs feature:

• Heat treated stainless steel ball and race

• Military grade PTFE woven fabric liner to reduce noise

• Increased durability and corrosion resistance

Urethane bushings replace factory rubber bushings to reduce deflection and provide more precise steering feel.
