Once I had the seats, I ordered the gray Vertigo set, had them installed with new foam, and they look incredible! These are good quality, just what I needed to finish off the look of my 4runner. These are not a simple sticker over lay that some places might have. These are as close as it gets to oem quality.

Proudly made in the USA, these headrest covers (PAIR) are designed for the 1984-1989 1st Gen Toyota 4Runner and 1984-1988 2nd Gen Toyota Pickup equipped with DLX seats. Expertly handcrafted from high-quality materials, these vinyl headrest covers are easy to install with bottom Velcro fasteners and are designed to closely match the factory original colors.
Designed specifically for DLX seats, these headrest covers will not fit SR5 SPORT SEATS. SR5 Sport seats come with fabric upholstery, and while we offer replacement upholstery for the SR5 Sport seat headrest, this product is specifically designed to cover cracked, faded, or damaged DLX vinyl foam headrests.
If you need a color or design that isn’t listed, feel free to reach out. Each order includes two vinyl headrest covers for the front seats.
