Overview
The Total Chaos Long Travel Urethane Bushing Replacement Kit provides the replacement bushings and related service components needed to maintain Total Chaos long travel upper and lower control arms on 1986–1995 Toyota 4Runner and Pickup 4WD applications.
Urethane control-arm bushings are wear components exposed to constant suspension movement, load, vibration, dirt, and moisture. As the bushings wear or dry out, increased suspension noise, excessive control-arm movement, and reduced steering response can develop. Replacing worn bushings helps restore controlled suspension movement and maintain proper control-arm operation.
This kit services one complete vehicle set of Total Chaos long travel control arms and includes full and half urethane bushings, UCA caddy bushings, side-specific upper-arm washers, and Hush Butter bushing grease. Existing steel inner sleeves and UCA outer washers must be reused.
