Overview
The OEM-Style SR5 Power Mirror Plastic Covers are direct-fit replacements for the original mirror trim covers used on 1984–1989 Toyota 4Runner and 1984–1988 Toyota Pickup models equipped with factory power mirrors.
Original covers commonly become brittle, cracked, or missing after decades of heat, vibration, and environmental exposure. These reproduction covers restore the finished appearance of the factory power mirror assemblies while replacing the aging original plastic with a more durable modern material.
Each cover is produced using industrial SLS 3D printing from glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide. The parts install using the factory-style mounting geometry with no trimming or modification required.

Material & Construction
These mirror covers are manufactured using Selective Laser Sintering, an industrial additive-manufacturing process that produces a strong, uniform component without the conventional layer structure associated with consumer FDM printing.
The glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide construction provides increased strength, heat resistance, and slight flexibility while maintaining the shape and mounting geometry required for the original power mirror assembly.
Parts are supplied raw and require UV-resistant paint before long-term exterior use. Raw material color may be black, gray, or white depending on production availability.
