Black and red versions are available with the same functional performance. Polyurethane is firmer than factory rubber, so a small increase in transmitted noise, vibration, and harshness may be noticeable.

Polyurethane Control Arm Design
Factory rubber control arm bushings repeatedly flex as the suspension cycles. With age, the rubber can crack, soften, or sag around the mounting points, allowing increased control-arm movement and less consistent alignment.
Polyurethane provides a firmer pivot point that limits excessive deflection while still allowing the control arms to articulate through normal suspension travel. Proper lubrication is important during installation; apply the supplied polyurethane grease to the specified bushing contact surfaces to minimize friction and prevent squeaking.
