Overview
The OEM-Style Manual Shifter Bezel is a direct-fit replacement for the aging factory bezel used in manual-transmission 1st Gen Toyota 4Runners and 2nd Gen Toyota Pickups.
Original bezels become increasingly brittle as the factory plastic ages and can crack or break even when the part still appears cosmetically intact. This replacement reproduces the original shape, dimensions, and mounting geometry while using modern industrial SLS 3D-printing technology for improved strength and durability.
Each bezel is manufactured from glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide, providing heat resistance, structural strength, and a small degree of flexibility that helps reduce the cracking associated with aged factory plastic.

Material & Construction
Unlike conventional consumer-grade filament printing, Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) fuses powdered material into a strong, dimensionally consistent part without the pronounced layer-direction weakness commonly associated with FDM printing.
The glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide construction provides the rigidity needed to maintain factory-style fitment while retaining enough resilience to better withstand normal installation and interior use. This makes the bezel particularly well suited for restorations, daily drivers, and vehicles where the original brittle plastic has already failed.
