Overview
The Koyorad HH Series 48mm Aluminum Performance Radiator is a high-capacity direct-fit cooling upgrade for 1983ā1987 Toyota Corolla Levin and Sprinter Trueno AE86 models equipped with the 1.6L 4A-GE engine and manual transmission.
Built around Koyorad's 48mm HH Series Hyper Core, this all-aluminum radiator uses an ultra-high-density tube and fin design to increase coolant capacity and heat-transfer capability compared with a conventional factory-style radiator. The increased thermal capacity is well suited to spirited street driving, drifting, track use, modified engines, and hot-climate operation.
Vehicle-specific mounting points allow the radiator to install in the factory location while retaining the original radiator hoses and OEM fan-shroud mounting provisions.

48mm HH Series Hyper Core
The 48mm Hyper Core provides substantially greater core thickness and coolant capacity than the factory-style radiator while maintaining application-specific fitment.
Its high-density tube and fin arrangement increases the available heat-transfer surface area, helping the cooling system manage sustained engine loads and repeated high-RPM operation more effectively.
This additional cooling capacity makes the HH Series particularly well suited to street-driven AE86s, drift cars, track builds, canyon cars, and modified 4A-GE engines where the cooling system is subjected to greater thermal demand.
