These replica OEM 3D-printed Zenki Molded Door Panel Door Cups are designed for the 1983-1987 Toyota Corolla AE86 equipped with early-model SR5 molded door panels. Made from a durable ABS material, these door cups are built to resist fading, brittleness, and discoloration.
To improve upon the original design, we’ve reinforced common weak points found in the OEM version. The bottom ridge has been extended and thickened, all four sidewalls are now twice as thick, and the top lip has been made solid instead of hollow for added strength. Each unit is 3D-printed with adaptive layering technology, minimizing visible layer lines, especially along the top lip, for a cleaner, more refined finish.
