Overview
The DFC Rear Drum Brake Hardware Kit provides vehicle-specific replacement hardware for the standard rear drum brake system on 1979–1995 Toyota Pickup 2WD models.
Rear drum brake springs and retaining hardware are subjected to repeated heat cycles, corrosion, and mechanical stress. Replacing worn hardware during a brake service helps maintain proper brake shoe positioning, return action, and movement inside the drum while reducing problems associated with weakened or corroded original hardware.
Toyota used two hardware configurations across this year range. Select the correct Year Range when ordering.
