Material & Construction
DFC OE replacement rotors are manufactured from G3000/G11H18 cast iron and CNC-machined to application-specific dimensions. A non-directional braking surface promotes consistent brake-pad contact and proper initial bedding.
Rotor construction varies by year. The 1979–1985 applications use 302 mm solid rotors, while the 1986–1995 application uses a smaller-diameter but substantially thicker 289 mm vented rotor.
