Overview
The Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) OE Replacement Front Brake Rotor is a direct-fit replacement for 1979–1983 Toyota Pickup RWD / 2WD 1-ton Cab & Chassis front brake applications, including camper configurations where cataloged.
This is the heavy-duty 1-ton front brake rotor and should not be confused with the front rotor used on standard 1/2-ton and 3/4-ton RWD / 2WD Toyota Pickups.
The rotor uses a 252 mm outside diameter, 20 mm new rotor thickness, and 19 mm minimum safe thickness with vented construction. DFC OE replacement rotors use cast-iron construction, CNC-machined braking surfaces, precision balancing, and a non-directional finish designed around original-equipment form, fit, and function.

Material & Construction
DFC OE replacement rotors use cast-iron construction with application-specific machining to match the original brake configuration. The vented rotor design allows airflow through the internal rotor structure to assist with heat management during braking.
The non-directional friction surface promotes consistent brake-pad contact and initial bedding, while precision balancing helps reduce rotational imbalance and unwanted brake vibration.
