Overview
The Cover Metrix Roll Bar Storage Bag adds vehicle-specific interior storage to the 1984–1989 1st Gen Toyota 4Runner while preserving access to the factory three-point seatbelt mounting locations.
Designed for both trail use and everyday driving, the bag uses a two-compartment layout to keep tools, recovery gear, personal items, and other essentials organized inside the rear cabin. The main compartment is accessed through dual RiRi mil-spec zippers, while a smaller lower pocket provides quick access to frequently used items.
Each bag is made to order in the USA from marine-grade Hydrofend CVR fabric with Swiss-made zipper hardware for resistance to moisture, abrasion, UV exposure, vibration, and demanding vehicle use.

Storage & Zipper Design
The main compartment provides the primary storage area and uses dual RiRi mil-spec zippers for access from either direction. A separate lower zippered pocket keeps smaller items organized and easier to reach without opening the main compartment.
Both compartments use an anti-creep locking zipper system designed to resist gradual zipper movement caused by vibration, rough roads, and off-road driving.
