Overview
The Brembo Prime UV Coated Front Brake Rotor is an OE-equivalent replacement for the 1986–1995 Toyota Pickup 4WD front brake applications. Designed for road use and direct installation without vehicle modifications, it provides factory-style fit and braking characteristics with Brembo's corrosion-resistant rotor treatment.
This 289 mm vented front rotor measures 20 mm thick when new with an 18 mm minimum safe thickness. Brembo specifies a 65 mm overall height, 100 mm centering diameter, and six mounting holes for this application.
The UV coating provides additional protection against corrosion and environmental exposure while helping the non-friction surfaces maintain a cleaner appearance over time. Brembo's UV coating process uses a water-based coating and reduced-energy curing process.

UV Coating Protection
Brembo's UV coating technology is designed to protect exposed rotor surfaces against corrosion, humidity, chemicals, and environmental conditions. The coating also provides a cleaner finished appearance compared with an untreated brake rotor.
The UV coating process uses a water-based formulation rather than a traditional solvent-heavy coating process and requires substantially less energy during curing.
