Overview

Original Toyota shifter bezels can become extremely brittle as the factory plastic ages, leaving otherwise good-looking parts susceptible to cracking during removal, installation, or normal interior use. Selective Laser Sintering uses powdered material that is fused into a structurally strong, dimensionally consistent component. This manufacturing process avoids the pronounced visible layer lines and directional weakness commonly associated with consumer-grade filament printing.
