DFC Rear Brake Wheel Cylinder
For 1984–1995 Toyota 4Runner 4WD
Overview
The DFC Rear Brake Wheel Cylinder is an OE-style hydraulic replacement for the rear drum brake system used on 1984–1995 Toyota 4Runner 4WD models.
The wheel cylinder converts hydraulic brake pressure into outward movement of the rear brake shoes. Worn or leaking cylinders can cause brake-fluid loss, reduced rear braking, uneven brake engagement, or contamination inside the drum assembly.
Toyota used several rear wheel-cylinder configurations across this range. Fitment changes by model year, engine, and during the 1991 production year, so select the correct vehicle configuration before ordering.
