DFC Rear Brake Wheel Cylinder

For 1979–1995 Toyota Pickup 4WD

Overview

The DFC Rear Brake Wheel Cylinder is an OE-style hydraulic replacement for the rear drum brake system used on 1979–1995 Toyota Pickup 4WD models.

The wheel cylinder converts hydraulic brake pressure into outward movement of the rear brake shoes. Worn or leaking cylinders can cause brake-fluid loss, reduced rear braking, uneven brake engagement, or contamination inside the drum assembly.

Toyota used several rear wheel-cylinder configurations across the 1979–1995 range. Fitment changes by model year, and 1988 uses a different cylinder between the 4-cylinder and 3.0L V6 applications. Select the correct vehicle configuration before ordering.
