Overview
The Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) True Balanced Rear Brake Drum is a direct-fit replacement for the factory rear drum brakes used on compatible early Toyota 4WD trucks. It fits 1979–1985 Toyota Pickup 4WD models and 1984–1985 Toyota 4Runner models.
This 6-lug drum features a 254.2 mm nominal braking diameter, 139.7 mm bolt circle, and 91 mm center bore. DFC precision machines and electronically balances its True Balanced brake drums to promote smooth braking while helping minimize vibration and pedal pulsation.
This drum is specifically designed for the early Toyota 6-lug 4WD rear brake application and does not replace the 5-lug drums used on 2WD Toyota Pickup models.

Material & Construction
DFC True Balanced brake drums are manufactured from automotive brake-drum castings and machined using dedicated turning and balancing equipment. Each drum is produced to controlled dimensions to support proper fit and smooth braking operation.
A high-temperature black coating protects the exterior surfaces against corrosion while providing a clean finished appearance behind the wheel.
